Lee Jun Ki Going on World Tour...huh?

Lee Junki’s career’s taken an interesting twist. He’s appearing another fan-concert and is slated for a World Tour.
In the Fencing Stadium of Seoul’s Olympic Park, Junki will be hosting a fan concert on April 18th.

While this may sound strange, Junki has already drawn 12000 fans in a students’ gymnasium in Jamsil in a concert named “Episode 1″ (May 21 2006).

According to the his agents, Lee Junki has been planning and preparing for the fan-concert since the conclusion of filming of SBS Iljimae. He has apparently been trained in singing and dancing day and night since then.

The musical director for “Episode 2″ has been named as Kim Hyung-Suk. Choreography, stage construction and other technical elements have been assigned to experts in each of the fields.

His agents have said that there are plans for a world tour this year. “‘Episode 2′ is very important as it will be the beginning of Lee Junki’s World Tour”

Lee Junki as an all-dancing, all-singing, all-acting K-Pop idol? You have to ask questions about his agents, having their talent change so drastically. Maybe this is why he sounds so confused in his GQ interview.

Having to train non-stop for a full world-tour music concert probably explains why he sleeps three hours a day…

Well, I must say I was thrilled as well as shocked to hear this news. It is quite true that Junki drastically changed from an actor to a singer, however, when you think about it, it's not that bad. Junki sang and danced at his previous fan concerts before. He's just bringing his talent to the next level: World Tour. Everyone can change talents anytime but not everyone is good and successful at it. Junki, on the other hand, is GOOD at ACTING, SINGING, AND DANCING!! As a fan, I am pretty excited about it.

However, it hurts to see that Junki trains day and night and doesn't get enough sleep. I wonder how he manages each day without sleep T_T

Just a thought, does Lee Jun Ki's agency not tell him what they are doing? They make him train so hard but in the end, Junki is confused himself...hmm must find that GQ interview to see if he really is confused^^
